FULL RETURN POLICY
Sorry For The Delay uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Sorry For The Delay offers a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Required information to process any reprints or returns:
1. Issue type with a brief description of the problem.
2. 5 photos or a video of the product. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).
Our return/exchange policy is good for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders that are more than 30 days old.
Sale items, limited shirt runs, Funko pop, and drinkware are not eligible for return.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund for a return, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if eligible, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt.
Sale items
All sale items are final-sale. Only full price items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
